Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The hotel is centrally located, close to the shopping areas, making it very convenient for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a great space to relax. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment. The staff, especially those in the executive lounge, were very friendly and helpful. They spoke English fluently, which made communication easy and hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the executive lounge where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.

Over the Christmas holiday, my family and I had a fantastic stay in Chengdu. The rooms at the hotel were absolutely beautiful and spacious, providing us with all the comfort we needed. The spa facilities were also top-notch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with key shopping areas and attractions just a short walk away. This made it incredibly convenient for us to get around and make the most of our time in Chengdu.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the breakfast options were a bit lacking, and some of the dishes were not very foreign-friendly.
